In applying to be a volunteer service provider in the GreenCare for Troops program you are stating that you have read and understand the Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. 1. PROJECT EVERGREEN’S RESPONSIBILITY

As part of the GreenCare for Troops program, Project EverGreen will attempt to match volunteers willing to furnish the equipment and labor necessary to provide lawn care and landscaping services to a family or families of qualified members of the armed forces of the United States serving in the Middle East. This will be done by providing the volunteer’s name to the family requesting lawn and landscape services as a part of this program. It is expressly understood that Project EverGreen’s participation and responsibility ends at this point. It is the family’s responsibility to contact the volunteer and any arrangements going forward are between the two parties.

It is understood that:

(1) Project EverGreen is under no obligation to provide this service to any of the parties involved and that it offers no guarantee that any match can or will be provided;

(2) The GreenCare for Troops program can be cancelled at any time without prior notice or obligation on the part of Project EverGreen.
